Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide laptops, docks, keyboards, and mice for new employees. The contract is limited to Master Contractors awarded under the Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract. The contractor must provide new and unused equipment, and the estimated ship date/lead time for each item. The contract also requires the Master Contractor to be an authorized reseller for Dell and to provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contract is for the provision of specific equipment, including Dell Pro 16 Plus laptops, Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 docks, and Dell Pro keyboards and mice.
• The contractor must deliver the equipment to the Maryland Department of Information Technology.
• The contract requires the Master Contractor to provide pricing for at least 90 days after the due date.
• The contract is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible for award.
• The contract requires the Master Contractor to provide a Mercury Affidavit, if applicable.
• The contract requires the Master Contractor to provide proof of delivery, including packing slips or delivery confirmation, and equipment serial numbers.
