Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

The Lakeland Area Mass Transit District (LAMTD) is seeking a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to manage its employee data and benefits administration. The selected vendor will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the HRIS system, providing training to LAMTD staff, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The scope of work includes HRIM implementation costs, training costs, core cost per employee, benefits administration per employee, and activation costs. • The HRIS system should be able to manage employee data, benefits, and performance evaluations. • The system should be user-friendly and accessible to all LAMTD staff. • The vendor should provide training and support to LAMTD staff to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. • The vendor should ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy and security.
