Beverage Delivery System and Exclusive Soft Drink Pouring Rights

The Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation (SROTB) is seeking a beverage delivery system and exclusive soft drink pouring rights contract for its Jake's 58 Casino Hotel location in Islandia, New York. The contract term will be for a period of five years with two optional two-year extensions. The contractor must provide a full list of all beverages intended to be served, sold, and distributed, as well as a design proposal for a holistic beverage delivery system. The contractor will be responsible for installing and maintaining the equipment, and SROTB will provide necessary utilities such as heat, water, electricity, and ventilation. • The contractor must have experience providing similar goods or services to entities of a similar size and character as SROTB. • The contractor must provide a list of all equipment, including vending and dispensing equipment, that it would propose be located at Jake's 58. • The contractor must describe its program for repair service. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to licenses, permits, and certifications.
