V225--Ground Ambulance Transportation Services for VASFHCS

The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify potential vendors for non-emergency ambulance transportation services. The services required include Stretcher Transports, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Life Support (ALS), Specialty Care Transport (SCT), and Critical Care Transport (CCT). The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of these services. The period of performance is expected to be 5 years, starting around April 1, 2026. • The services will be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. • The place of performance will be Northern California Counties. • The contractor shall provide a base rate for each type of transport, including Advanced Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Critical Care Transport. • The contractor shall also provide pricing for mileage and waiting time.
