Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking bids for the provision of Dell laptops and associated peripherals. The contract is limited to Master Contractors who are awarded a contract under the Desktop Laptop and Tablet 2015 Master Contract BPO # 060B5400007. The scope of work includes the delivery of new and unused equipment, with the Master Contractor being an authorized reseller for Dell. The contract also requires the Master Contractor to provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The equipment to be delivered includes Dell Pro 16 Plus laptops, Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 Docks, and other associated peripherals.
• The Master Contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The contract has a Small Business Reserve designation, and only certified small business vendors are eligible for award.
• The contract requires the Master Contractor to provide pricing that is valid for at least 90 days after the set due date.
• The evaluation criteria for the contract include the ability to provide the requested equipment and support services, statement of authorization by the manufacturer or distributor, MSRP sheet, Mercury Affidavit, and price.
