Description
The Charlotte Public Schools is looking to refresh 500-1000 of their district Chromebooks. The required specifications for the Chromebooks include an Intel CPU or AMD, 4GB RAM/Memory or greater, 16GB of SSD storage or greater, 11 inch screen, non-touch screen, clamshell Chromebook, and a minimum of two USB C charging ports. The Chromebooks must also include a Google Enterprise Management License. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the Chromebooks between July 1st, 2026 and July 10th, 2026 during operational working hours.
• The bidder must provide a notarized bid proposal.
• The bidder must complete and submit the Familial Disclosure Form with their bid proposal.
• The bidder must obtain and file a current Certificate of Insurance compliant with the insurance requirements specified by the school district.
• The bidder must pay all sales, consumer, and other taxes as required by law.
• No proposal may be withdrawn for sixty days from the date of the bid opening.
