Description
The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County is seeking a vendor to provide testing, maintenance, monitoring, and repair of fire alarm systems and other security-related equipment. The contract will be for a one-year period with the option to extend for four additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the required services. The contract will include testing, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems, burglar alarm systems, panic buttons, and other security-related equipment.
• The vendor must have experience in providing similar services to public sector organizations.
• The vendor must have a qualified team with the necessary skills and expertise to perform the required services.
• The vendor must have a good understanding of the requirements and be able to respond to emergency and routine task orders.
• The vendor must have a good reference and reference projects.
• The vendor must provide a complete and accurate price proposal schedule.
