Furnish, Delivery and Installation of Parade Inflatable Custom Balloons

Texas A&M University is seeking pricing for the Furnish, Delivery, and Installation of Parade Inflatable Custom Balloons for their 150th Celebration Event. The event will be held in March 2027 on the campus located in College Station, TX. The university is looking to purchase 4-7 large, impactful inflatables that can be filled with helium and held by ropes to be walked through the parade. The inflatables shall be unique to the university's branding, color matching, logos, and/or likeness to mascots/characters associated with the university. • The selected vendor shall work directly with the University's Sesquicentennial Committee to collaborate on custom designs for each inflatable. • The vendor shall provide a detailed timeline to outline the design/concept phase, sample phase, and production time to ensure final product delivery prior to the March 2027 event. • The vendor shall provide onsite training at the time of delivery and installation to ensure the committee team knows how to properly inflate, handle the guide ropes, and deflate the unit. • The vendor shall provide maintenance and aftercare procedures for cleaning, drying, storage, and regular inspection of the unit(s).
