Description
The Lowell Housing Authority is soliciting applications to select a qualified firm to perform assessments of the physical conditions of four public housing developments in the LHA portfolio. The selected firm will be required to provide HUD-compliant RAD 20-year Capital Needs Assessments (CNAs) as well as HUD-compliant Section 18 Obsolescence Physical Needs Assessments (PNAs). The firm should have experience in providing professional engineering services. The key aspects of the job include:
* Performing physical condition assessments of four public housing developments
