The selected vendor will handle all aspects of ring production—from design and material sourcing to branding compliance—while also managing nationwide sales and alumni outreach. Bidders must meet the detailed scope of work available through the university’s online bidding portal and demonstrate capacity to fulfill demand for each graduating class. • Manufacture custom‑specification class rings meeting Clemson branding standards. • Develop and execute a marketing strategy targeting current students, alumni, and prospective donors. • Manage nationwide distribution, inventory, and order fulfillment for the exclusive product line. • Provide ongoing support and reporting to the university throughout the contract term. • Must comply with all university procurement policies and confidentiality requirements.
