Description
UTMB is seeking a hosted, cloud‑based utility management software platform to serve as a single system of record across its multiple campuses and facilities. The solution must capture and process utility bills, ingest high‑frequency interval data, manage meters and sub‑meters, allocate costs and generate charge‑backs, calculate Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emissions, and integrate with UTMB’s accounts payable and general ledger systems. The agency also expects full implementation services, ongoing hosting, maintenance, support, and training for staff.
• Supports eight utility commodities (electricity, natural gas, water/sewer, chilled water, heating hot water, steam, recycling, municipal solid waste).
• Provides automated bill capture, interval data analytics, meter hierarchy management, cost allocation/charge‑back, and sustainability reporting.
• Requires SaaS hosting, role‑based security, API integration with financial systems, and comprehensive implementation, support, and training services.
