Description
East Texas A&M University is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, install, and operate one or more wellness vending machines on campus. The machines must dispense over‑the‑counter medications, emergency contraception, STI and respiratory testing kits, women’s health products, and other wellness items while ensuring temperature control, privacy, and PCI‑DSS compliant payment processing. The university will provide space and power; the vendor handles all installation, stocking, maintenance, and removal at no cost to the university. Compensation is commission‑based on gross sales, with the university receiving a share. The contract is for an initial one‑year term with up to four one‑year renewal options.
