Description
The American Embassy, Lima requires secure, professional, on-demand vehicle transportation services to support official travel of U.S. Government personnel and senior diplomatic officials within the Lima Metropolitan Area. The contractor will provide transportation services, including but not limited to, Villa El Salvador (South), Callao, San Martín de Porres (North), Ate, and Musa (East). The pricing structure is defined in Section 1 of the RFQ, and the price offered shall be per KM in Soles.
• The contractor is expected to provide necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources to perform the services.
• The contractor must complete and submit the required volumes, including SF-1449, Section I, Pricing, and additional information as required in Section 3.
• The contractor must provide proof of SAM Registration or NCAGE and TIN/RUC numbers.
• The contractor must comply with the 10-minute pickup requirement, and documented delays caused by factors beyond the contractor's reasonable control will not be considered a failure to meet performance requirements.
