Description
Parkland is seeking a contractor to publish its procurement‑related notices in the Daily Commercial Record and other authorized newspapers, and to post them online where possible. The contractor must develop, format, proof, and schedule advertisements for various solicitation types (IFB, RFP, RFQ, RFI), provide affidavits or tear‑sheets as proof of publication, and supply detailed invoicing and reporting. The work includes handling routine, expedited, and urgent publication requests, ensuring compliance with Parkland’s timelines, and supporting outreach to diverse business communities.
• Publish and post solicitation advertisements in print (Daily Commercial Record and other newspapers) and online.
• Prepare electronic proofs, incorporate revisions, and obtain Parkland’s final approval before publishing.
• Deliver affidavits, tear sheets, and itemized invoices for each ad, and optionally provide monthly usage reports.
