Description
Arkansas Tech University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive vinyl signage solutions on an as‑needed basis across its campus. The scope includes the supply of commercial‑grade interior and exterior vinyl graphics, window and floor films, banners, rigid‑substrate signs, vehicle graphics, as well as full design, digital proofing, installation, removal, after‑hours work, lift‑equipment operation, and disposal of old signage. The vendor must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, tools, and incidentals, and must provide warranty information and references. Proposals must be submitted as sealed hard‑copy packages by the deadline, with pricing remaining firm for 30 days post‑opening. The contract is a four‑year base term with up to three one‑year renewal options.
