ITB: Idlewood Shores Water Distribution System Improvements

The Western Virginia Water Authority is seeking bids for the Idlewood Shores Water Distribution System Improvements. The scope includes removal of two well houses, installation of two pit‑less adaptor units, extensive interior and exterior piping, a chemical feed system, electrical and control systems, and related appurtenances as detailed in the plans and contract documents. The new treatment building has already been procured and installed; the work focuses on integrating it with the distribution system. • Remove two existing well houses and replace with pit‑less adaptor units. • Install interior and exterior water piping, chemical feed, and associated control/electrical systems. • Provide all necessary appurtenances, including mechanical and electrical connections, to ensure full functionality of the new treatment building. • Follow detailed plans and specifications outlined in the contract documents. • All questions must be directed to Jamie Morris ([email protected]) before the bid deadline.
