Custodial and cleaning services

The Norwell Public Schools are seeking proposals for custodial cleaning services for a three-year period starting July 1, 2026. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing comprehensive full-time and part-time evening/weekend custodial cleaning services for the district's facilities, which include 5 buildings and approximately 400,000 square feet of cleaning daily. The contractor will be required to provide a team of skilled custodians who can perform a range of tasks, including daily disinfecting, floor care, and maintenance work. The district follows the Association of Physical Plant Administrators (APPA) five Levels of Clean, and the contractor will be expected to meet these standards.
