The County of Knox is seeking a qualified vendor to provide complete stage‑rental services for its high‑school graduation ceremonies throughout May 2027. The contractor must deliver, set up, and dismantle all stage components, ramps, pipe‑and‑drape, and seating at multiple school sites, and must meet extensive insurance, certification, and compliance requirements. This is a six‑month contract (Jan 1 2027 – Jun 30 2027) with the possibility of up to five one‑year extensions.
• Supply a 16 ft W × 32 ft D × 24 in tall stage, risers, turf, shims, and related accessories for each graduation event.
• Deliver, install, and remove the stage, ramps, pipe‑and‑drape, and folding chairs the day before and after each ceremony at up to 25 school locations.
• Provide all required documentation (insurance certificates, criminal‑history affidavit, business capabilities, references) and accept payment via the County’s e‑commerce card.
• Ensure all work complies with OSHA, accessibility standards, and Tennessee procurement regulations (no boycott of Israel, no foreign‑adversary status).
• Offer competitive unit pricing on a cost sheet; the contract may be awarded on a best‑value basis (price 55 pts, references 10 pts, capabilities 35 pts).
