Dell Pro16 Laptops (50) & Dell Pro Rugged 14 Laptops (75)

The Department of Maryland State Police is seeking to purchase Dell Pro16 Laptops (50) and Dell Pro Rugged 14 Laptops (75) to replace current laptops that are going end of life. The procurement is limited to Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Desktop, Laptop, and Tablet 2015 Master Contract. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing Dell Pro16 Laptops (50) and Dell Pro Rugged 14 Laptops (75) • Replacing current laptops that are going end of life • Complying with the requirements of COMAR 21.05.13.06 • Providing pricing that is valid for at least 90 days after the set due date • Being an authorized reseller for the Manufacturer named in Section 1 • Including a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid
