The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) on behalf of the Department of the Army is seeking a vendor to produce 500 custom adhesive notepads (4 × 5.5 in, 50‑sheet pads) printed on 70 lb vellum‑finish stock in black and Army Gold. The work includes pre‑flight of supplied PDF files, creation of press‑quality PDF proofs, packaging in shrink‑film packs of 10, and FOB‑destination delivery to the North Carolina National Guard by June 1, 2026. The contractor must meet GPO quality‑assurance standards (inspection level I, attributes P‑7 and P‑9) and provide timely shipping notifications.
