Special Interest Classes, Sports Camps, and Clinics 2026

The City of Surprise is seeking qualified vendors to provide special interest classes, sports camps, and clinics for the Parks and Recreation Department. The contract period will commence on the date of award and will last for one year with four one-year options to renew. The City is looking for vendors who can provide a variety of classes, camps, and clinics, including but not limited to tumbling, arts and crafts, martial arts, dance, and sports skills. The vendor will be responsible for providing all materials and equipment necessary for the classes, setting up and preparing for classes, and ensuring that each participant's name appears on the class roster. The City will determine the facility and room location for all classes and will provide class rosters at the start of each class. • The City is seeking vendors who can provide classes and camps for all ages at various locations throughout the City. • The vendor will be responsible for developing class descriptions, determining minimum and maximum enrollment, and establishing fees and schedules. • The City will collect all course fees from participants and will remit 70% of the fees to the vendor for on-site courses and 80% for off-site courses. • The vendor will be required to provide proof of current fingerprint clearance and background checks for all staff and volunteers. • The vendor will be responsible for providing all materials and equipment necessary for the classes.
