Shuttle Bus Driver Services

The Department of Health Services of the County of Los Angeles is seeking proposals from qualified entities to provide Shuttle Bus Driver Services at Harbor UCLA Medical Center and Olive View UCLA Medical Center. The services include providing transportation for the elderly, handicapped, and incapacitated. The contract term is expected to be five years with three optional years. The proposer will be evaluated on its ability to establish and maintain a complete and comprehensive Quality Control Plan. • The services will be provided at two locations: Harbor UCLA Medical Center and Olive View UCLA Medical Center. • The contract term is expected to be five years with three optional years. • The proposer will be evaluated on its ability to establish and maintain a complete and comprehensive Quality Control Plan. • The proposer must submit a proposal by October 30, 2026, by 11 a.m. PT. • A mandatory proposers' conference will be held on August 17, 2026, at 11 a.m. PT. • Mandatory site visits will be held on August 26, 2026, at 9 a.m. PT (Harbor UCLA Medical Center) and August 26, 2026, at 12 p.m. PT (Olive View UCLA Medical Center).
