RFQ 2026-040 Afterhours Physician/Medical Services - City of Laredo

The City of Laredo is seeking qualified vendors to provide afterhours physician/medical services to City of Laredo employees, City Retirees, and covered dependents enrolled in the City's Medical Health Plan. The City encourages electronic bid submissions through Cit-E-Bid, but hand-delivered bids will also be accepted. The contract will be awarded based on the terms and conditions and other contract provisions. • The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance, which gives a 5% preference to local vendors. • Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) electronically through Cit-E-Bid. • Hand-delivered bids will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on March 6, 2026. • All bids received will be opened and publicly acknowledged on March 9, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
