Description
The City of La Porte is seeking a qualified firm to provide and shoot a fireworks display as part of the City's annual Fourth of July celebration. The display should last between 15-20 minutes and include a variety of shell types with different functions, patterns, and colors. The contractor will be responsible for all transportation, setup, and cleanup of the fireworks, as well as providing insurance and obtaining necessary permits.
• The fireworks display will take place on July 4, 2026, at 9:15 p.m. at Seabreeze Park.
• The contractor must provide a detailed proposal, including an itemized list of shells, costs, and a description of the display.
• The City reserves the right to cancel the display due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local safety codes and regulations.
• The City will award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder or the bidder who provides the best value for the City.
