Description
The County of Gwinnett is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to provide on‑call repair, preventative maintenance, and new‑installation services under a one‑year contract with up to four optional one‑year renewals. Work covers a broad inventory of county facilities—including police, fire, sheriff’s office, and various support buildings—and is split into two parts: (1) preventative‑maintenance and time‑and‑material repairs for all departments except the Department of Water Resources (DWR); and (2) time‑and‑material repairs only for DWR. The contractor must meet strict response‑time standards, maintain a minimum crew of licensed electricians and service vehicles, and provide detailed reporting for each work order.
