Workspace and Conference Room Seating

The City of Pasadena is seeking a vendor to provide task chairs and guest chairs for staff workspaces, and chairs for conference rooms for Pasadena Water and Power (PWP) locations. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing a range of ergonomic office chairs and guest/conference room seating that meet specified standards and requirements. The vendor must provide consultation services to assist in selecting the appropriate seating solutions, customization options for upholstery colors and materials, and on-site assembly and installation services. The contract is scheduled to start on September 14, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. • The vendor must provide a minimum of 70 task chairs and 30 guest chairs. • The chairs must meet specific ergonomic and aesthetic requirements, including adjustable lumbar support, armrests, and seat depth. • The vendor must provide a 5-year warranty for all chairs. • The vendor must comply with the City's equal employment opportunity and non-collusion policies. • The vendor must provide proof of insurance and register on the City's eProcurement Portal.
