The Navajo Nation Division of Children and Family Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive conference services for its 2025 ALTCS meeting, accommodating approximately 400 attendees over two days. The scope includes a large general session room, full audio‑visual equipment, podium and microphone setup, two days of lunch service, and registration furniture. Vendors must submit detailed cost breakdowns and required certifications by the June 16 deadline.
