Licensing, Maintenance/Support and Escrow for the Acquisition Dashoard

The U.S. Department of Transportation/John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and support, an annual license, and annual escrow for the Acquisitions Division Dashboard. The dashboard is a web-based software application that improves communication regarding the status of Purchase Requests, helps manage Contracting Officer workloads, and provides visibility of awarded contracts. The selected contractor will be required to provide these services for a period of 12 months, from the date of award to 01/31/2027. The contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. • The contractor must provide monthly maintenance and support for the dashboard application. • The contractor must provide an annual software license for the dashboard application. • The contractor must provide an annual escrow fee for the dashboard application. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive an award from a DOT agency.
