The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking a contractor to provide bleaching and pre-shrinking/sanforizing services for the Estelle Unit Textile Mill in Huntsville, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation required for the services. The contract term and pricing will be determined through the bidding process. Key considerations include compliance with department policies and procedures, insurance requirements, and subcontracting plans.
• The contractor must provide services in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

• The contractor must guarantee loading and receiving ability by Wednesday of each week.
