2601 Cisco Smartnet 3rd party maintenance and support

The Franklin County Municipal Court, Clerk of Court is seeking bids for 3rd party Cisco Smartnet maintenance and support. The contract will be for a period of one year, starting from January 1, 2026, and ending on December 31, 2026. The scope of work includes providing unlimited tech support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays, with a guaranteed response time of 4 hours. The vendor will be responsible for all parts and shipping, as well as on-site support if needed.
