2310--Food Tray Carts - RFQ

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to procure four new brand name Burlodge RTS-Short CT Double Fridge Carts for the Corporal Michael J. Crescenz Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. The carts are essential for plating, holding, and transferring veteran meals in accordance with regulated requirements for safe food handling and delivery. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the carts with specified components, including a grey metallic VO panel, three-phase electrical cable, LCD electronic control panel, and other items. The contractor must also provide warranties for the equipment, including a one-year defective parts warranty and a one-year labor warranty. • The contractor must deliver the carts within 60 days of contract award. • The contractor must provide tracking information for deliverables while in-transit. • The contractor must coordinate with the CMC VAMC’s Nutrition and Food Service Department for delivery. • The contractor must ensure that the carts are delivered fully assembled. • The contractor must provide warranties for the equipment, including a one-year defective parts warranty and a one-year labor warranty.
