Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry, is issuing an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure Non-Emergency Transport Services for the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation (OVR). The services are required for Allegheny County only. The contractor will be expected to provide transportation services for OVR employees with disabilities. The services will include ambulatory and non-ambulatory transports. The contractor must have a wheelchair ramp and/or lift and tie-downs when requested by the individual.
• The contractor must provide proof of vehicle insurance and liability insurance.
• The contractor must provide a 3-year driving history.
• The contractor must provide a copy of roadside assistance.
• The contractor must attach their Small Business Certificate to their procurement to be deemed eligible.
• The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract.
