HVAC Filters and Preventive Maintenance Services

The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit HVAC preventive maintenance services for Coastal Carolina Community College. The agreement will be to provide maintenance and services campus wide for its mechanical equipment. Services will include filter changes six times throughout the year. The awarded vendor will be responsible for parts coverage for air cooled condenser coil cleaning and all filters. Some key tasks and deliverables include: signing in and out in the Log Book in the ISS Building, performing two inspections annually, cleaning condensate traps, ensuring the condensate system is primed with water, and providing a PM checklist with component analysis after each service call. • Filter changes are to be done during specific months • Drains and strainers are to be flushed and cleaned in December and April • The vendor needs to provide their own storage of the filters • The vendor must sign and date the Work Performed Sheet • The college has a list of filters that the vendor will need to replace
