Description
The Department of the Treasury is seeking a web-based online search and data visualization service to assist with investigative and compliance functions. The service must provide proactive network analysis of persons on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list and other global watch lists, as well as direct access to source materials such as media reports and business records. The service must also offer multiple degrees of separation analysis and permit users to explore nodes for additional links. The contract is anticipated to be awarded on a sole-source basis to 1nteger d/b/a Kharon, but other interested parties may submit a capabilities statement to demonstrate their ability to meet the requirements.
