Description
The County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Health is seeking qualified vendors to provide media services, including social marketing, advertising, public education campaigns, public relations, community outreach, and public affairs. The selected vendors will enter into a Master Agreement with the County, which will be valid for 8 years, with the option to extend for an additional 2 years. The vendors will be required to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing media services and must have an office located within Los Angeles County. The County is looking for vendors who can provide expert guidance on emerging social media trends, plan and buy media for various communication channels, and conduct public relations. The vendors will be required to comply with the County's policies and procedures, including the Business Associate Agreement, which outlines the requirements for protecting confidential and proprietary information.
