Roseville Electric Utility - Cooling Tower Maintenance

The City of Roseville is seeking proposals for Cooling Tower Maintenance services for its Roseville Electric Utility. The scope of services includes maintenance on 3 of 4 cooling tower cells, annual inspections and repairs, and additional maintenance as requested. The contract will be for an initial period of 5 years with a Not To Exceed amount. The City is looking for a qualified contractor to provide these services. • The contractor shall provide maintenance on 3 of 4 cooling tower cells • The contractor shall provide annual inspections and repairs of the cooling tower • The contractor shall provide additional maintenance services as requested by the City of Roseville • The contractor shall adhere to all relevant safety regulations, protocols, and standards during on-site activities
