The City of Brookhaven is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud‑deployed, GIS‑centric Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) that supports Public Works, Parks, and Facilities operations. The solution must integrate with the city’s existing ArcGIS Enterprise environment via REST services, be mobile‑enabled, and enable full lifecycle management, reporting, and analysis of public assets. Vendors may propose alternative architectures, but preference is given to minimal changes to current GIS databases and business systems. The contract will be awarded to the best‑valued proposal, with a potential four‑year renewal option.
