Description
Washington State University is seeking a drayage and decorating company to support the 2026 Western Protective Relay Conference in Spokane, Washington. The selected provider will be responsible for providing comprehensive event logistics and décor services, including freight collection, delivery, and retrieval, furniture and equipment rental, and on-site support during setup and teardown. The provider will also be required to design an appropriate project approach, provide a transparent breakdown of fees, and demonstrate experience working with university or other public institutions on similar projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing freight collection, delivery, and retrieval services
* Providing materials and labor needed for the exhibit hall
* Providing lighted registration counters with customized graphics
* Providing vacuum cleaning services
* Providing on-site support during event setup and teardown
* Ensuring seamless logistics and timely execution of the event
