Description
The Henry County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide fabrication and installation services for the wayfinding signage project. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this RFP. Some key aspects of the project include:
• Providing all necessary materials, labor, tools, equipment, and services for the fabrication and installation of wayfinding signage
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of local, state, and national codes, laws, and ordinances
• Maintaining a physical location presence and permanent place of business
• Having adequate technical experience, personnel, and equipment to perform the work expeditiously
• Providing a satisfactory record of performance and the ability to provide future maintenance and service
The proposal should include a technical proposal, cost proposal, and other required documents. The County reserves the right to reject or accept any or all proposals, and the award will be made to the highest scored proposer.
