Catering and Meal Services

Lewisville Independent School District (LISD) is seeking supplemental proposals for catering, meal, snack, beverage, and grocery services to support a broad array of district activities—including meetings, staff development, instructional events, athletic functions, student gatherings, and holiday celebrations—from December 2026 through September 2029. Vendors may provide delivery, pick‑up, or in‑restaurant dining and must submit required forms (W‑9, 1295, insurance certificates, health permits, menu, etc.). The contract may be awarded to one or multiple vendors on a line‑item basis; existing LISD vendors under prior RFP numbers are exempt. Bids must be submitted electronically (or manually) by 2:00 PM CT on 10/13/2026. The district will evaluate price (45 pts), quality (20 pts), fit to needs (10 pts), past relationship (5 pts), and other factors (20 pts). • Scope: Food, beverage, snack, grocery, catering, and meal services for all district events. • Delivery options: Delivery, pick‑up, on‑site dining. • Contract term: Dec 2026 – Sep 2029 (≈33 months). • Award: Potentially multiple vendors; award expected mid‑December 2026. • Mandatory attachments: 1295 form, W‑9, insurance COI, health permit, food‑handling certificate, current menu, etc. • Evaluation: Primarily price‑based with quality and fit considerations.
