Single Cell Sequencing Services for Whole Transcriptome and TCR Libraries

The Medical University of South Carolina intends to award a sole source contract to SeqMatic LLC for single cell sequencing services. The services include Ultima sequencing for whole transcriptome libraries and Illumina sequencing for TCR libraries. SeqMatic is the only Certified Services Provider for Illumina sequencing and single cell/single nuclei CSP for Parse Biosciences in the United States.
