Description
The Fayette County Public Schools are seeking a qualified vendor to provide annual chemical cleaning and routine maintenance of brass instruments for middle and high school fine arts programs. The selected vendor will be responsible for picking up instruments from each school location, cleaning and sanitizing them, and returning them to the schools. The vendor will also be required to provide a list of instruments cleaned and sanitized, as well as routine maintenance inventory performed on each instrument.
• The vendor must have experience in cleaning and maintaining brass instruments.
• The vendor must provide a detailed description of their cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
• The vendor must provide a list of instruments cleaned and sanitized, as well as routine maintenance inventory performed on each instrument.
• The vendor must have liability insurance and provide a certificate of insurance.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
