Boiler Maintenance, Inspection, & As-Needed Repairs at Terrell State Hospital (TSH)

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish a contract for boiler maintenance, inspection, and as-needed repairs at Terrell State Hospital (TSH). The contract will require the selected vendor to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements of boiler equipment and systems. The vendor will also be required to provide emergency response services in the event of a boiler failure. • The contract will be for a period of time starting from the anticipated contract start date of September 1, 2026. • The vendor will be required to attend a mandatory on-site visit at TSH. • The vendor will be required to submit questions or clarifications by August 7, 2026. • The vendor will be required to submit their response to the IFB by August 19, 2026, 10:30 AM.
