Variable Frequency Drive Upgrade - Pacheco Pumping Plant

The Santa Clara Valley Water District (Valley Water) is seeking bids for the turnkey upgrade of six Toshiba T300MVi to T300MV2 drives at the Pacheco Pumping Plant. The scope of work includes updated drawings, manuals, field services, commissioning, recommended parts, and training from Toshiba. The successful bidder must be an authorized Toshiba distributor who can provide Toshiba field services on-site. • The contract is for an initial one-year term with the option for a one-year extension. • The bidder must submit a bid bond in the amount of at least 10% of the total bid price. • The bidder must comply with Valley Water's Small Business Outreach Program requirements. • The bidder must provide a list of subcontractors and their corresponding work scopes. • The bidder must provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement and other required documents.
