Telecom Line Audit and Optimization Assessment

The City of Phoenix is seeking information from vendors to assist in reducing costs and optimizing expenses through the review of the City's legacy telecommunications services. The City has over 460 facilities and an inventory of almost 2000 legacy services that require review and disposition. Vendors are asked to provide information on their methodology for conducting telecom line audits, including any specific methodologies or frameworks used, as well as their experience with similar projects. The City is also seeking information on pricing structures and cost savings opportunities. • The RFI is for planning purposes only and should not be construed as a solicitation or obligation to make any purchases. • The City reserves the right to change dates and/or locations as necessary. • All times are local Phoenix time. • The RFI is available for download on the City's e-Procurement Portal. • Vendors are responsible for all costs incurred in responding to this RFI. • The City will not consider questions received after the deadline.
