Description
The State of New Jersey is seeking proposals for Chapter 32 Arbitration Services. The selected bidder will provide arbitration, mediation, and alternative dispute resolution services. The contract is expected to start on October 8, 2026, and end on October 7, 2029.
• The bidder must submit its pricing using the State-Supplied Price Sheet accompanying this Bid Solicitation.
• The bidder must provide services for a period of three years.
• The contract will be awarded based on the best value to the State of New Jersey.
