Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO 4) intends to award a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for full-services preventative maintenance and repairs on government-owned GE anesthesia machines and associated accessories within VISN 4: Erie, Altoona, and Pittsburgh VA Healthcare Systems. The BPA will be for a period of 5 years, from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2031. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, transportation, equipment, parts, supplies, facilities, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform the preventative maintenance and repair services. The contractor will also be required to provide technical support, remedial services, and emergency repairs.
• The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, and travel to provide full preventative maintenance and repair services for thirty-six (36) Government owned anesthesia machines and associated accessories located at three (3) separate Veterans Affairs (VA) facilities.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable regulations and manufacturers specifications.
• The contractor must assume total liability for all contract employees.
• The contractor must provide individual service reports that reference services performed on the equipment.
• The contractor must treat all deliverables under the BPA as the property of the U.S. Government.
