Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide tent, table, and chair rental services for the 2026 Columbus AFB Freedom Fest. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation to deliver, set up, and subsequently tear down and remove the rental equipment. The contract will be awarded based on technical capability, past performance, and price.
• The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety, security, and environmental protection.
• The contractor must provide all necessary documentation, including invoices and receiving reports, in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
• The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including those related to payment, delivery, and performance.
