Description
The Neighborhood Social Services (NSS) division of Columbus Public Health is seeking a consultant to deliver an intensive, in‑person coaching program for three managers/supervisors. The engagement will begin in July 2026 and run for roughly 8‑12 weeks, focusing on building trust, conflict management, delegation, cultural responsiveness, and inclusive leadership. The maximum contract value is $5,000, covering all consultant fees, preparation, materials, and travel.
• Work with three identified managers to provide individualized coaching, assessments, goal‑setting, and action plans.
• Deliver 8‑12 weeks of in‑person sessions, progress updates, a midpoint review, and a final summary report with recommendations.
• Emphasize culturally responsive leadership, bias awareness, and inclusive supervisory practices, all within a modest budget.
