JPMC Telecom Voices Services - Modern Services

The State of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide modern voice services, including Direct Inward Dialing (DID), long-distance calling, toll-free inbound services, and dedicated voice circuits. The desired outcomes of this project include modernization of voice infrastructure, statewide service availability, and improved cost-effectiveness. The vendor will be required to provide a comprehensive range of telecommunications solutions, including cloud-based telephony, unified communications platforms, and VoIP-enabled infrastructure. The vendor will also be required to provide support and maintenance services, including helpdesk support, troubleshooting procedures, and escalation processes. The vendor will be required to provide a detailed pricing proposal, including pricing for each county in the state. The state reserves the right to negotiate the terms and conditions of the contract, including the pricing.
